About Us

Mountain Light Window Cleaning is owned and operated by Sarah Holston Crawford. She has lived in the Sierra since 2012; in June Lake since 2016. Having migrated south for bigger mountains, nicer weather and small communities, She saw a need for professional, responsive home services.

Sarah started window cleaning when she was 15 with her father’s window cleaning business in Eugene, Oregon. Sarah is a Ski Patroller at June Mountain in the winters. When she’s not running a squeegee or a sled Sarah can be found climbing, rambling in the mountains, reading sci-fi or volunteering in her community.

In 2019 she started Mountain Light Window Cleaning to provide all the communities in Mono and Northern Inyo counties with easy-to-use, quality window cleaning service. Since opening, MLWC has served over 2,000 homes with quality window cleaning.

In 2020 MLWC purchased Sierra Cognito Window Cleaning from long-time owner and operator Jennifer Girard. Sarah is excited to offer Sierra Cognito clients continued excellence in window cleaning.
